Guardian of breakfast

Swapping bread for corn tortillas today. Sautéed portobello mushrooms, sliced turkey ham, and soft-scrambled eggs topped with fresh avocado and goat cheese. Finished it off with some Valentina hot sauce for that perfect kick. (Cat for scale/judgment)
