Winter Long Island Restaurant Week has been extended following due to last weekend’s snowstorm, which forced many participating restaurants to close for one to two full days at the start of the event, organizers have announced.
Organizers said restaurants were given the option to extend the promotion by as many days as they wished to help recapture lost business, though participation in the extension is voluntary.
Still, many have taken the option (full list below.)
The popular foodie event offfers prix fixe options including a $24 two-course lunch and three-course dinner menus priced at $29, $39 or $46.
