こんにちは!
Hi, I’m Taka, a taxi driver in Osaka!
I usually post in travel-related subreddits, but today I’d like to introduce Kitchen Origin, so I’m posting here.
Origin is a Japanese deli chain with over 500 locations across the Kanto and Kansai regions.
Depending on the store, they offer early-morning or late-night hours, eat-in space, restrooms, and various convenient services.
I often use the Nipponbashi or Minami-Semba locations.
Personally, I think their onigiri and karaage bento are better than convenience store versions.
Today, I bought two traditional Japanese side dishes:
Spinach with sesame dressing (Goma-ae)
Steamed chicken and edamame mixed with salted kombu
Along with fried food, I try to include vegetables to keep a balanced meal.
Another nice bonus: barley tea (mugicha) is about 60 yen, roughly half the price of convenience stores.
Origin has a wide variety of onigiri, side dishes, and bento boxes—it's fun just to look at them.
I’m planning to post more photos on Instagram and Twitter as well.
See you again!

This topic is made up of a division of labor in which the Japanese content I came up with is translated and proofread by an app. Thank you for your understanding.
