Adjvar, kraut, chopped dill pickle, local ham, smoked Dutch cheese, mizuna, rocket and endive from the garden and herded Dijon, in between local wholemeal, wholegrain sourdough.
Have to lay off the fat as I had a gallbladder attack, doesn't mean I can't enjoy flavor.
