Genius – and delicious.
Sometimes, I will get a cinnamon raisin bagel from Tim Hortons (I am Canadian), toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese, jam, and add bacon.
Sweet and savory is an all time favorite thing for me.

I used to make eggo sandies in my single apartment bachelor days. Not sure why it was only during that period though. Probably because I ran out of bread one day, don’t remember. Good stuff!
