They hid the shitty end ones behind the good ones

That bit that is hanging off is what would be called the lifter meat on a ribeye. Some people do not trim it from pork chops. All the local grocery stores in my area trim it off. You could simply remove it and cook it. It may finish before the pork chop. If so, remove it from the heat. Eat it.

Normal? For commercial pork, yeah, it’s shit meat. Is it normal for pork to be shit, no. Nothing that’s gonna hurt ya though.

The force from the bandsaw caused the muscles that make up the ribeye to separate. Happens when cutting on the saw, should’ve ended up in sausage though.

They are awfully thin, buy loin with bone in and cut them yourself.
