I know it’s not the prettiest but I’m really proud of myself for getting back on my goals.. I can’t remember the last time I went to bed at night and not feeling out of control with my eating habits. my first time posting in this lovely community I wish everyone good luck for their goals too ♥️

    That ramen bowl look so yummy… I just have a bag of broccoli sitting in my fridge begging to be eaten right now 🙃

    You’re doing great so far though! It feels so accomplishing to manage to eat 1.2k calories when you got some snacking or overeating habits; I tend to binge whenever I eat sugar so I tend to limit them as much as it hurts my sweet tooth. I noticed I’ve felt less bloated and more keen on being disciplined keeping on track with 1.2k! Anyway, I wish you good luck with your goal, we’re in this together 🙂
