The menu delivers on that ambition with a seafood-first approach that goes big on presentation and curated marriages of flavor. Crudo and delicate starters arrive as a kind of opening act—Nantucket Bay scallops finished with brown butter and shaved white truffles, lightly grilled chu toro with aceto balsamic, and Scottish langoustines bathed in green acqua pazza. From there, the offerings expand to include antipasti, fritti and salads, from the lobster polpette alla diavola to grilled octopus peperonata and Mario’s Famous di Mare Salad.

Pastas anchor the experience with signature flair: linguine vongole rosso, cappellini crab AOP, ricotta gnudi crowned with caviar and a dramatic two-pound lobster arrabbiata paired with hand-cut fettuccine. The evening’s true centerpiece, however, is the whole-fish program—nightly selections prepared over Japanese charcoal, roasted al forno or baked in salt crust, then presented tableside with polished flair.

Familiar favorites like the spicy rigatoni vodka and Caesar alla ZZ appear alongside Snake River Farms steaks, while dessert brings refined takes on Italian classics, including stracciatella tiramisu and Sicilian lemon cheesecake.
