~• INGREDIENTS •~
•| STEP:01 ( washing fish )
• Saram Surmai fish: 1kg
• ⁠Lemon: 1
• ⁠Salt: 1 tbsp
• ⁠soak it for 10 mints and wash properly

•| STEP:02
• Saram surmai fish: 1kg
• ⁠Yoghurt: 3 tbsp
• ⁠Ginger garlic paste: 1 and half tbsp
• ⁠Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
• ⁠Crushed chilli: 1 tbsp
• ⁠Garam masala: half tbsp
• ⁠Crushed coriander: half tsp
• ⁠Black pepper: half tsp
• ⁠Crushed cumin: 1 tsp
• ⁠Crushed carom seeds: ¼ tsp
• ⁠Citric acid: 1 pinch
• ⁠Lemon juice: 1
• ⁠Salt: ⅓tbsp / according to your taste
• ⁠Food colour: 2 pinch
• ⁠Ghee: 3-4
• ⁠Oil for applying while grilling
