  1. New subscriber here! Your recipes look amazing! So glad I found this channel. I'm restarting my weightloss journey and wanted to find a way to feel like I'm eating junk food sometimes without completely derailing my progress. Thank you so much. Can't wait to try these.

  2. Thank you Zach, as always, these are great! I would like to suggest that if you have a video that corresponds to your recipes, put the link that goes with it in the PDF. (I made a file myself of the recipes and videos as I get them.) I often watch your video a couple of times before making a recipe. I am more of a visual learner. I made your chicken caesar chalupas last night for dinner and again today for lunch! Delicious!!!!

  3. how do you track calories from the breading? just estimate how much you used from the total?

  4. I wonder how these recipes would transfer to tofu. I’ve been wanting to experiment with tofu because it’s so cheap! Chicken is not that expensive either, they’re about the same price per pound here. I just feel like you get a little more bang for your buck with tofu. And it’s fat free.

  5. Hi! I have lifetime access to the books and the app, but there are several of these recipes (both for the chicken and the sauces) that aren't in the app. When will those be added? I love the convenience of the app, but I don't think I should have to download these free PDFs to get access to this info if I am already paying to have it all centralized in the app.

  6. to many carbs if you are going for weightloss.. you can eat around 4 and you then no more for the whole day.

  7. Damn as much as I would love to try these tenders and sauce, I literally don’t get any enjoyment from cooking lol. So I just watch your videos just watch them.

  8. I just wondered with the app that you have would I be able to use it? I’ve had a massive stroke and I have to watch my cholesterol as well as salt and carbs, I’ve lost almost 60 pounds but it’s really hard to find things to eat when I have to watch all this

  9. Boneless skinless chicken tenders in the air fryer have been my jam lately. For like $7 I can get an entire pack of tenders and some rice or something on the side. I must have 50 different sauces, marinades, and seasonings so i can switch it up.

  10. thanks for the vid in my gratitude I would like to tell you my friend that sea salt still has micro plastics in it get Himalayan pink salt or mined.
