Novel Pizza Cafe in Pilsen

listen i know novel has been posted a bunch of times in this sub, but i can’t help myself. i truly love this pizza. my favorite part is the crust – it’s nice and crispy, but not so cracker thin that it leaves me wanting for more. the sauce strikes a great balance between sweet and acidic, and i mean, just look at the amount of pepperonis on this bad boy. this is my perfect tavern style pizza and i’m so grateful it’s in my neighborhood
