





Using steel cut oats instead of rolled oats is my contribution to the breakfast world. Rolled oats are what most people use, but they get soggy. Try it with the steel cut version and I bet you won't go back. π¨βπ³
The main thing to know with overnight oats is to use equal parts of oats and oat milk (or other milk). You can sweeten with a touch of maple syrup or sugar. For add ins, I use about equal to the amount of oats.
So the full recipe here is
ΒΌ cup of steel cut oats
ΒΌ cup oat milk
β cup banana (which is ΒΌ of a banana)
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix that and let it sit in the fridge overnight
