Dolma style Stuffed Bell Peppers |

Ingredients
3 bell peppers
1/2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup rice
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Juice of half lemon
1 tbsp olive oil

Cooking liquid
1 fresh tomato, blended
1/2 cup water
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1.Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, lightly salt inside.
2.Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, lemon juice, and olive oil.
3.Stuff peppers about 85% full.
4.Stand upright in a pot.
5.Pour tomato + water mixture around peppers (about 1 inch up).
6.Cover, bring to a boil, then simmer on low 45 minutes.
7.Rest 10 minutes. Spoon sauce on top and serve.
