Rate it from a scale of 1/10.
Recipe:
White bread with butter and Japanese mayo on both sides and the side where you plan to place the cheese is where you’ll season it with salt and pepper on a high heat pan to get a nice crust with some Gouda and mozzarella.

This looks like a 9/10 from me simply because I like the bread slightly less done. 1 min less in the pan would be an easy 10/10 for me
