Still can't get the consistency but it's fun practicing anyway. These didn't turn out too bad, the first ones I didn't delete the picture.

These look very good for a beginner. A great tip for getting the right consistency is to use a spray bottle for thinning your icing. A couple of sprays at a time helps to not over-thin it!
