Great meal.

Knew I was in for a ride when I saw all the utensils when I sat down.

Only thing I didn't like was the Cod Wilt. Not because of what it is. The flavor just wasn't for my pallet.

The bear and the desserts were the stars of the show and the caviar and amuse at the start was incredible.

This place had like 5 tables and 4 seats at the bar which in placed in front of their kitchen.

I dined solo as im traveling alone in Tokyo and Osaka for 10 days.

They appeared to have sped up the service when they realized I wasn't there to play games haha.

There were about 5 people behind the bar in their little kitchen and not a single one stopped, not even for 10 seconds for the 2 hours I was there. They really worked their asses off. I was quite impressed.

Quite impressive with how consistent they were with their plating. Each plate of each course looked to match EXACTLY!

It was awesome and a great first meal of many to come while im in Japan this time around.

    Everything looks great but, that bear scares me. Everything I’ve ever know is cook bear well done hence why we always have had it in chili or stew. Anything special about Hokkaido bear that decreases the possible parasites?
