Tossed with mayo and yogurt sauce witsaktvand pepper,this salad balances earthy sweetness with zesty flavours.Simple ,yet elegant, it’s healthy side dish that ads vibrance to any meal,best option for starters,dinner spreads or a refreshing touch during Ramadan.

Ingredients,
fresh beets 2
potato 2
pea grain fresh 1 cup
salt
pepper
carrot 2

Mayo sauce ingredients
mayonnaise 3 tbs
yoghurt 2 Tbs
salt a pinch
pepper 1/3 tsp

Directions,
boil vegetables till tender.
peel of potato and beets .
Chop veggies in big cubes.
in a bowl, transfer all veggies.
Mix mayo and yogurt.
add sauce to the salad.
Mix well.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Enjoy your salad.
