
I got the 1/2 lb brisket, 1/4 coffee rubbed ribs ( their only ribs) . Very hyped on social media, i think its overrated.. Good slaw, amazing cornbread brisket was okay, ribs really disappointed me 5/10 not good not bad, just average

Honestly the best bbq I’ve had in Miami was the food truck Keith Lee reviewed. It’s called Coops BBQ. Two meats and Two sides like 16 bucks. Can’t beat it.
Oven baked Brisket? No smoke ring. Not rendered very well.

What did you not like about the ribs? I see you mention coffee rub,and I have been on the fence of trying it on my briskets. Ribs to me looked cooked but not tender. $5 they do use a smoker but they look oven finished. You can taste and see when places do this. Nothing wrong with it but you can tell.
They are crazy hyped by Miami influencers. Every person I’ve talked to that actually knows and/or works in hospitality says the same thing you did… meh.
