I would rather smoke my ribs for 8 hrs while sitting beside my smoker with cooler full of beer and get completely wasted until me and the ribs are done. This way looks good too.
You really have no clue how to prepare ribs. Much less cook them
I use outside propane grill.
Set temp to ~300-350. Apply prefered dry rub on both sides and cook for 3 hours. Sprits with apple cider vinegar every 30mins to keep moist. Add bbq sauce after cooking and enjoy 😋
Drop temp. Not above 300o and add a couple hrs cooking time

Eating smoked meat is like eating a cigarette.

This will get you some good tasting TOUGH ribs. Slow baking is the only way to get tender ribs.

Never, ever take the membrane off of my Rib's contrary to popular beliefs it doesn't make ribs cooked any way more tender (not to mention Rib's should be chewy, not to the point of being leathery or rubbery mind you) all it does is make the whole piece of meat fall away from the bone and I myself love the snap it makes when eating the Rib! To each their own but it doesn't make the meat more tender in the slightest! But also Rib's should be cooked over Charcoal 💯 I've cooked Rib's in the oven with seran wrap and aluminum foil and they're not bad by any means but give me a chewy charcoal Rib any day of the week and I'm happier than a 🐷 in S……….lop! ✌️
