Bonjour hi friends, long time no see but I am officially BACK!
I needed a little break for the holidays and then I wanted a bit of a rebrand/new look for the blog, so I had to work on that. Changed a few things for the *branding*. You’ll see in the video + on the blog.
Anyway, we were due for a restock of our freezer with my Moroccan lentil soup a few weeks ago, so I made a double batch (take a shot every time I say “double batch” in the video lol)!

This soup is very good as a vegetarian option, but you can totally add meat to it if you want to. I personally do add lamb meatballs or sausages when I want a bit more protein. It is still packed with plenty of good stuff: two kinds of lentils, lots of vegetables, and more!

I highly recommend you making more than you think because it freezes really well. You can also give some to your family and friends. And by having it in your freezer, it will save your life many times, like it has saved mine.

I mentioned a few things in the video:
– Tips on taking care of your dutch oven!
– My trick to always have fresh ginger ready to use (video coming tomorrow!)
– A quick mention of sourdough bread/starter (I am working on a video and blog post for you to start your starter in 2026!)

On that note, I’ll see you very soon, ok byyyeeeee! ✌️
