Sticky Soy Salmon and Coconut Rice. In the time the rice is cooking, you can have the salmon fillets done. Super simple way of having a good meal on the table.

For the sauce (4 salmon fillets)

– 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
– 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
– Squeeze of Honey
– 1 Spring Onion ~sliced
– 3 Garlic Cloves ~grated
– Small piece Ginger ~grated
– Red Chilli ~sliced
– Squeeze of Lime Juice of 1/2 tsp Rice Vinegar (optional)
