Baby back ribs on WSM on hangers over the coals. About 2 hours and then wrapped for another 1.5 or so. Smoked peach bbq glazed half chickens. Had a tray of bbq baked beans with sausage on the smoke whole time with the chicken. Then all the fixings – collars greens with ham hock, maque choux with corn stored from the summer, fresh slaw, and jalepeno cheddar cornbread. Not pictured – buffalo chix dip made with the leftover smoked chicken.
