My first attempt at royal icing in over a decade. A few issues and lessons learned, but I’m happy with them

My flood icing was too thick so I have lots of bubbles, and I don't love that you can see my outlines, but this was a practice round. I can't wait to try the helicopter method with my piping bags! 🤭
