Ok, so there is this provolone, and there is supposed to be a wax layer. I can’t find it.

I have sliced it three different ways, and there is still nothing to peel off. I just tried breaking the slices in half to see if I could find a layer. Nada. If I can’t solve this puzzle for this tasty cheese, I’m just gonna be forced to eat the wax too.
