COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – Popular Colorado ice cream shop John and John’s announced on Sunday that it has unveiled a special new ice cream flavor that honors our Colorado Springs Olympians.
The ice cream shop introduced the Triple KamO Swirl. The special flavor is named after Colorado Springs figure skaters Ellie Kam and Dan O’Shea.
The Triple KamO Swirl is described as a vanilla and chocolate twist with caramel cups and peanuts, which the ice cream shop said is inspired by Kam and O’Shea’s favorite ice creams.
“Come support local athletes chasing Olympic dreams and grab a scoop made for champions,” Josh and John’s said on Facebook.
The Olympics-themed flavor became available in scoops and pints on Monday. The flavor is available only at John and John’s Flying Horse location at 2710 North Gate Boulevard.
