    Wonderful short ribs. Braising low and slow is delightful. If you or others are looking for something different, go to the Beef Ribs episode of Brent’s Prime Food Adventures on YouTube. It shows a recipe where chuck short ribs are marinated for 2 days, grilled to medium rare, and hit with bbq sauce. Unique. Oof to the layoff. Good luck!
