We packed the house in November when I was a guest host for Ristorante LUCCA’s traditional Italian Sunday dinner — and I’m excited to do it again Feb. 22.
Ristorante LUCCA offers this family-style dinner each Sunday from 3-9 p.m., with live piano music starting at 5 p.m. The cost is $49 per person, while children 10 and younger cost $19, excluding beverages and alcohol. The meal includes:
Garden salad and breadMeat and cheese boardSpaghetti or rigatoni with raguMeatballs, Italian sausages, and bracioleDessert: Tiramisu, mini cannolis, and ice cream
Chef Andrea and his team are masters of their craft. They serve housemade fresh pasta and the best braciole sauce I’ve ever had, with their typical first-class fine-dining service. The portions are so generous that many diners leave with leftovers. If the à la carte menu too tempts you, that is available too.

I’ll be there Feb. 22, serving as the guest maître d’, so bring the family, those friends you treat like family, or friends you haven’t seen in far too long. You’ll experience a slice of Italy in the middle of the New Jersey winter — and it’s a trip you’ll want to make again and again.
Reservations are available but not required. I look forward to helping welcome you for the perfect Sunday evening. To explore the menus, make a reservation, or browse other upcoming events, visit ristorantelucca.com.
