Is the serving per container like for the whole package or is that really saying each cup is 400-500?

How is it higher calorie when sunflower oil is lower on the list?

You’re better off making large batches of rice (in a rice cooker for ease) and freezing into portions for future use. Microwave with a bit of water and it comes out the same. In fact it’s healthier for your blood sugar since the resistant starch has increased. You can also leave out the extra sodium, oil, and preservatives.

Can someone explain how the carb total went up approx X1.3, but fiber total went up X3?

You’re actually getting more rice in the bottom one, despite them weighing the same.

Ingredient lists go from what it has the most of, to the least amount. In the top one, water is the first ingredient, then rice, which means you’re getting more water than rice in the package.

In the bottom one, it’s the opposite. So you’re getting more rice than water. Which also explains why the carb count is higher.

    Hope this helps.
