Coniglio alla trentina usually goes with polenta, but I am not in Trentino and the corn flour here is not of the right quality to make a good polenta trentina

    Indeed you need coarse ground corn for the polenta, but this looks good!

    En Italie j’ai découvert que « coniglio » c’était lapin du coup j’ai appelé mon fils coniglio au lieu de mon lapin 😂

  3. Nice! I really like rabbit meat, but not very common to find in restaurants. I always order it when it’s on the menu, once in France I ordered rabbit three times in a week 😀
