

Instead of pork shoulder/butt, I opted to use two pork loins that came in around 3.5lbs. I trimmed off most of the fat and after marinating in the liquid smoke and salt, I added in chicken stock (no sodium/fat). As it got closer to adding in the cabbage, I added in a bit more stock. Made a few potato’s also which I added in. Came out with 4 of those containers and filled up a circle shaped one that’s enough for a meals worth. In total it’s good enough for 9-10 meals. The cabbage cooked a bit beforehand and the potatos. Those I added in last when I let it cook for one last hour.
