  4. I made 4 Gallons of Gumbo today. Made Roux on the black stone 5 lbs dry use what i needed and freeze it in a gallon bag.

  9. Hey Bruce, you can make that roux in an oven too! You can just put the pile of flour on a baking sheets stick it in the oven and leave it alone you don't have to babysit it or stir it or anything. It will just slowly toast up to your desired color.
