I love crispy fried cornmeal mush with a little maple syrup! Added some soft scrambled eggs, and crispy bacon for a fantastic breakfast.

    I love mush! My grandfather made it all the time and I still make it in his memory. He maintained you have to find cornmeal that still has the germ. I add some whole milk and it makes the inside super creamy when fried.
