
Wait guys did I lowkey eat with this?!!?? It tastes so delicious. I think I burnt the bottom a little but overall I’m so impressed with myself. My first loaf so open to tips!
100g starter
500g unbleached APF
325g warm water
Added like 3g of salt
4 sets of stretch and folds and left overnight in the fridge for 16ish hours.
Let oven preheat at 475 for 55 mins. Baked at 475 for 25 mins in Dutch oven with the lid on. Then baked additional 20 mins with lid off.
