Yum! That looks amazingly delicious.
I have actually never been less bored with food since going plant based! My meals are exciting to me because I get to incorporate so many things in them.
Did you use black salt on the tofu?
I quickly realized that its the SAD thats boring!
How did you cook the carrots? They made my mouth water lol
How do you press the water out of the tofu? I’m trying to learn to do this efficiently.
