This Biscoff Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for Valentine’s Day 🥰 or any time you want to treat someone special. Guaranteed to impress 😋
BISCOFF CHEESECAKE INGREDIENTS:
For the crust:
► 1 packet of Biscoff cookies
► 1/3 cup melted butter
► Cooking spray
For the cheesecake:
► 22 oz cream cheese
► 1/2 cup sugar
► 3/4 cup sour cream
► 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
► 2/3 cup Biscoff Spread
► 2 tbsp corn starch
► 1 tsp vanilla extract
► 1/4 tsp salt
► 3 eggs
► Top off with melted Biscoff spread
► Some crumbled Biscoff cookies
