

Bought some spare ribs for the super bowl and turned them into st Louis style. Used the left over trimmings to make pork broth and made ramen! The broth super reduced since I simmered it for 9 hours so I watered it down a bit with some hot water with dashi for my serving. It was good! Subtle pork flavor. Used buldak for the noodles and the pork you see is just left over rib tip meat from when I was cooking the meat. Also made ramen egg which I boiled for 6 mins and then into an ice bath. Been eating this for breakfast( around noon) for the past 3 days. Would that be unhealthy? 🫣

Looks good! For some reason, I love eating ramen in clear bowls. I believe it makes it taste better😂
