The tube should mention it, but I’ve seen anywhere from 3-4 months listed. In my experience it can last up to a year. Mine is probably hitting the 1 year mark soon

Can you show us the back of the tube? There should be those details on there.

If concerned, you can freeze in measured amounts. For example, freeze in teaspoon amounts then toss in a bag and use from the bag.

My ginger tube (different brand) is 6 months old and tastes indistinguishable from a new tube to me; I actually bought one for comparison. My garlic never lasts that long.
