Breakfast – protein dark chocolate oats with fruits & granola ( 340 cals), lunch- pasta salad ( 40gm pasta with veggies& dressing~350cals), dinner- (rice with chickpea curry & soy skewers ~400cals) ( had 2 cups of chai as well, not pictured)
