

I love making cucumber salads, original recipe is by low.carb.love on instagram but I tweaked it a little 🙂
ingredients used:
6 mini cucumbers – 60 cal
1 pack everything but the bagel Trader Joe’s smoked salmon – 160
1/2 cup edamame – 100 cal
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar – 19 cal
1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 75 cal
3 tbsp soy sauce – 27 cal
2 tbsp furikake seasoning – 60 cal
toss together and enjoy! I like the wrap mine in seaweed to make little sushi rolls 🙂
