Chicken salad on pumpernickel

Made some chicken salad with Perdue Short Cuts Oven Roasted chicken strips; Hellmanns mayonnaise; chopped white sweet onions and Woodstock brand organic non-pareil capers. Placed in on supermarket bakery pumpernickel bread with baby lettuce and cut up grape tomatoes.

First time making chicken salad myself. Thought it was tasty.
