  1. If you want REALLY mellow garlic, use roasted. Canned, unsalted garbanzos work just as well, but if cooking them yourself, what is the recommended pre-soak time ???

  5. I can never find dry chickpeas only canned. Also I don’t have a air cooker, so how can I cook them?
