




Spent a very light work from home afternoon making some frozen pizzas! (ran out of cheese, but will top when I bake)
Dough: 4 cups warm milk, 28 g yeast (4 packets), mix & let sit for 8-10 minutes. Add 8 cups flour, 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp salt. Knead for 10 minutes. Let double in size. Divide into 4 equal portions.
Parbake at 425° for 10 minutes
Top as desired
Saran wrap and freeze. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes when ready to eat!
