Lunch/dinner – picture 3, 4 & 5: wild berry and strawberry flavored water, 8 oz and 10 oz respectively, x3 16.9 oz of water with strawberry watermelon liquid water enhancer, x2 16.9 oz of unflavored water (not pictured), 1 whole sweet potato & 1 whole container of asparagus spears

Snacks/dessert – picture 6, 7 & 8: 1/8 fluffy strawberry jello with 5g sugar free whipped cream, root beer float & brownie, Dr pepper zero sugar cream soda (added to what was left of the ice cream from the float)

    I guess I am having a hard time seeing where the 1400 calories are in this day’s worth of eating? Do you happen to have rough calories OP? Was it mostly the brownie and oats?

    Breakfast: 311 calories, 31g carb, 35g protein, 6g fat

    Lunch/dinner: 402 calories, 92g carb, 9g protein

    Snacks/dessert: 674 calories, 104g carb, 29g protein, 27g fat

    Total day 1387 calories, 227g carb, 73g protein, 33g fat

    1,166 mg of sodium and 32g of fiber

    This is such an interesting spread. Were you not unsatisfied with lunch/dinner? Protein is good, but there’s no meat in here, unless you’re a vegetarian.

    I’m a bariatric patient and this is similar to what I have to eat right now, just more calories. If it works, it works I guess

    Just to be clear this is not a normal day of eating for me 😂 I shared this because it was in fact very interesting to me and I made everything myself so I could actually tell you the macros

    Flavored waters are top tier! I live me a good flavored seltzer when I’m in the mood for a soda lol. Have you ever tried using the water enhancer with plain seltzer water? It is by no means a soda but it does the job 🙂
