Pressed the tortilla into a pan, air fried it and then took it out of the pan and poured the eggs in almost like a tart….. then toppings on top.

Quick rundown so you don’t *have* to watch:
* Spray tortilla, press into a small pan so it forms a crust
* Air fry **400°F for 3–4 min** to firm it up
* Whisk **3 eggs + a big spoon of mayo** + salt/pepper
* Pour in, add toppings (mozz, tomato, roasted red pepper, pepperoni)
* Back in at **360°F for 10–12 min** until set If you try it, let me know what toppings you’d use 👀
