There are no bad options tbh, but shakshuka id say.

just after a quick scan my first thoughts are steak and eggs and the shakshuka! the classic breakfast can work too. all include toast but without the bread they’d be the best i bet. you can also ask for your eggs cooked in ways that don’t include added fat like poached or boiled (the shakshuka solves that on its own). bacon is lower cal than sausage too.
the omlette could be good but sausage, avo, cheddar, and crema are quite caloric on their own and omelettes typically require fat to cook

honestly? just have a good time and offset it later. but yes, shakshuka is light

Iβd do the Benedict but with hollandaise on the side. Still feels special/fancy and you can add a little to get the taste but pretty healthy without it (also skip the potatoes).

The classic Breakfast ditch the toast and enjoy the breakfast potatoes. OR get what you truly are craving, especially if you donβt eat out a lot. Donβt feel like a hostage in your deficit

Thanks everyone!! I have a few plans this week that require eating at a restaurant. Trying to stick with my calorie deficit as much as possible!

Iβve never seen shakshuka with meat in it before.
