CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cent’s Pizza is hosting a Brazilian and Portuguese-inspired pop-up dubbed Adega next week for a night of special food, dessert and wine.

The walk-in-only event is set for 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 18. The menu features a variety of dishes from Adega’s Jacob Inscore, a first-generation Brazilian American chef who has previously worked at restaurants like Comune in Columbus.

Semolina flatbread with crab, chives and bonito butter, tuna crudo with kohlrabi and beef tartar are a few of the starters. Other dishes include Bacalhau à Brás, a flaked cod and potato plate, and Pork Collar Feijão, koji-cured pork with roasted greens, linguiça and corona beans.

Desserts include Pudim, featuring caramel custard, guava and lemon verbena and Rabanada, a Portuguese French toast with mandarin curd and vanilla mousse.

Cent’s is at 5010 Lorain Avenue in Cleveland.
