I ate some in Japan and it was the only thing I’ve ever eaten, that I couldn’t finish. It was sour yet musty, and slimy yet sticky.

I have some natto in my fridge, hard to get myself to eat it lol. It looks very gross, but honestly the taste and texture arent that bad. For some reason it always makes me gag though. But my guts feels great afterward so its worth it
