Pumpernickel grilled cheese

Supermarket bakery pumpernickel; Truly grass fed salted butter; all cheeses are Cabot brand, one sandwich a combination of swiss and pepper jack, the other a combination of mild orange cheddar and colby jack. Grillo's Pickles dill spears on the side.

First time trying pepper jack on a grilled cheese and I liked it.
