These aren’t traditional because we made them with flour tortillas, so really they’re closer to wet burritos (burritos mojados). They’ve been all i've wanted during this endless cold snap. 

It's homemade enchilada sauce and 3 types of cheese. I like pickled red onions with them and sliced radishes and jalapeños.

  3. They look delicious! And maybe a hot-take…but tradition aside, flour tortilla > corn tortilla.
