I've enjoyed the before but have never cooked them.
90 seconds per side over direct then 7 minutes over indirect.

Each was showing 148°+ when I pulled them.

Waiting for the Artichoke to be ready then we eat…..

    Use your Vortex the other way around when doing wings etc

    What I like to do with chops is marinate them in low sodium dales marinade for 3-4 hours in a ziplock, take out and pat dry and season. Give it a try. Makes them super savory.
